Privacy Policy

Terroir Wine Services, Inc. (“Company”) values the privacy of our users (collectively “Users” or individually each a “User”) who visit and use www.terroirwineservices.com and its associated products and services (the “Site”). This statement (the “Privacy Policy”) governs information provided to us by you as a User of the site (“You”), or that we learn from your use of the Site, and tells You how we may collect, use, and in some instances share this information. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED, READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY, AND ANY UPDATES TO IT.

The Information the Company Collects

User-Provided Information. You may provide the Company what is generally called “personally identifiable” information if you decide to contact us through the Site such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, home/mobile telephone number, fax number, etc.

Children

Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), the Company will never knowingly request information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without requiring parental consent, and no part of the Site is directed to persons under thirteen (13).
